Thimothi is the Co-Founder of Heptaware Techno Pvt. Ltd., leading business development, strategic client engagement, and delivery excellence across global IT and talent solutions.
With over 20+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and workforce transformation, Thimothi specializes in building high-performance teams for IT services, product companies, and enterprise organizations. His expertise spans executive hiring, talent mapping, and scaling recruitment operations for mission-critical projects.
Thimothi has a proven track record of supporting startups and established enterprises in hiring for high-demand, niche technology domains, including Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, and IoT—making him a key driver in bridging the gap between top-tier talent and cutting-edge technology initiatives.
Prior to co-founding Heptaware, Thimothi held leadership roles at globally recognized organizations such as Zensar Technologies, DexHigh Services, Datamatics, and Adecco Group, where he contributed to large-scale hiring programs and enterprise workforce solutions.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from SV University and an MBA from Southern Adventist University, bringing a unique blend of behavioral insight and business strategy into talent acquisition and leadership.

Mahesh Gunnam is a seasoned leader with a 18 year tenure driving success within the highly competitive IT and Staffing sector.
