Tim is the Co-Founder of Heptaware Technologies, leading business development, strategic client engagement, and delivery excellence across global IT and talent solutions.

With over 20+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and workforce transformation, Tim specializes in building high-performance teams for IT services, product companies, and enterprise organizations. His expertise spans executive hiring, talent mapping, and scaling recruitment operations for mission-critical projects.

Tim has a proven track record of supporting startups and established enterprises in hiring for high-demand, niche technology domains, including Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, and IoT—making him a key driver in bridging the gap between top-tier talent and cutting-edge technology initiatives.

Prior to co-founding Heptaware, Tim held leadership roles at globally recognized organizations such as Zensar Technologies, DexHigh Services, Datamatics, and Adecco Group, where he contributed to large-scale hiring programs and enterprise workforce solutions.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from SV University and an MBA from Southern Adventist University, bringing a unique blend of behavioral insight and business strategy into talent acquisition and leadership.

As the President and CEO, Anthony is collaborative and innovative thought leader skilled at developing and executing business strategies and corporate growth. Years of business acumen has enabled her to acquire a deep understanding of managing professional services enterprises meeting large scale customer demands.
